• The registration of participants will take place at the REGISTRATION Office (to the left of the Exhibition Center front-gate)
• The Preliminary application with the topic and annotation of your presentation should be sent by the 29th February 2008 (call for paper).
• The Final application available in electronic format on the following address: www.unob.cz or www.bvv.cz, should be sent by the 31st March 2008 by the post to the address: Assoc. • The Conference fee should be sent by credit transfer by the 31st March 2008.

• Presentations should not exceed 15 minutes and will be followed by discussion.
• Fee for accommodation at the University of Defence Student Hostel may be paid at the Student Hostel reception
• Selected papers will be published in the conference record of proceedings. The proceedings will be distributed to the conference participants on CD during their registration. Please, send the full text of the paper to the proceedings modified according to the prescribed format by the 10th April 2008.
• Conference languages are Czech, Slovak and English. Simultaneous interpreting to English will be provided.
