Objectives:

• To create an environment for discussion about optimalisation particular parts of safety systém of the Czech republic and their comparison with the experience of crisis management workers of the European Union.
• To present the ways and methods for training of the crisis management staff in the Czech Republic and the European Union countries. To ensure the exchange of information on education systems utilized the improvement of their qualification.

Subject of the conference:

• Optimalisation of the Safety system – selected domains.
• Coordination of a safety problems and cooperation on the level of the state, region and municipality.
• Consistent information systém of the crisis management – secret transfer of date.
• Influence of reform of the Czech Army to solution crisis situations and extraordinary events, activities IRS and cooperation with Police of the Czech republic.
• Determine, evaluation and deliver dates about radiological, chemical and biological situation.
• Secure inside safety of the state.
• Resources diversification of the state and privat sectors for selected parts of the safety.
• Education experts of the safety policy.
• Civil emergency planing
• Protection of critical infrastructure.

• All contributions will be published in the conference proceedings. The proceedings on the CD and written form will be given over to the conference perticipiens during their attendance. Send the complete text of the contribution to the proceedings modified according to a pattern till the 31st March 2006.
• The working language is Czech, English and Slovak. Interpreting into English and vice versa will be provided. The lenght of individual presentation up to 15 minutes. We will welcome when the conference participants contribute the enrichment of dicusion with their experience from the solution of emergency and crisis situations.
